Summary:
The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for the ideal New Patient experience, Has the ability to follow the full assessment by the doctor. Spends time with the patients to answer questions related to treatment and fees. Someone who is responsible to ensure that patients leave well informed, with all their questions answered about treatment options and alternative fees introduced.
Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 Per Hour - Plus Bonus $ $ $ $
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties will be assigned.
- Maintains a low percentage of no-shows by confirming patient appointments the two nights before and continually monitoring and moving
- Support of the office, doctor, and team members
- Discussion of orthodontic treatment plan with patients/parents
- Explanation of office policies and procedures
Schedules contract, records and any follow up appointments needed in Practice Management System - Maintain and utilize recall system
- Back up-front desk by being third on phones
- Prepares contracts - discusses financial arrangements-has responsible party sign
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with dental or orthodontic treatment planning experience, preferred
- Bi-lingual Spanish - English preferred
