• Structure sales to maximize profitability.
• Maintain necessary certifications and stay proficient in relevant procedures.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
• Prepare contracts and paperwork, and deliver deals to customers.
• Audit team deals post-sale for continuous improvement.
• Guarantee timely funding of all contracts.

• Desire to learn and improve
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability
• Understanding of title laws and registration processes
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license
