Associate Controller

National Link, a leader in ATM, payments, and cash-handling solutions for over 30 years, is seeking a Controller to strengthen our financial operations. This role reports directly to the President, providing oversight of daily accounting and strategic insights to guide the company’s growth.

We are looking for a highly organized, experienced Controller with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in overseeing operational accounting, analyzing data, and driving cost reduction.

• Work with the accounting team to evaluate and implement a new ERP system to replace Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Support a small accounting team, overseeing billing, receivables, payroll, and all financial reporting functions; work with management to optimize EBITDA.
• Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze expenditures, variances, and initiate corrective actions to meet budget objectives for cost reduction and profit optimization.
• Audit and ensure accuracy of imported ATM transaction data, analyzing large data sets and multiple income sources to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and commission payments.
• Collaborate with internal team and external vendors and CPA to ensure financial strategies align with company goals.
• Identify areas for improvement in current accounting operations and implement process enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial auditing with a focus on internal controls and GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP (or similar ERP systems) and SQL analysis.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, with experience managing small teams and collaborating with both internal departments and external vendors.
• Excellent analytical skills and thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
