Overview
We are one of the premier landlord/tenant law firms that focuses on landlord-tenant litigation (commercial, residential, retail, office, industrial), including filing and prosecuting cases against landlords/property owners and defending landlords/property owners who are being sued. We also prosecute and defend Unlawful Detainer actions, and appear at administrative hearings. Last year our office handled approximately 250 unique bench trials and 99 jury trials, and we filed and were heard on approximately 1000 motions in 2024 alone.

- Practice areas in landlord-tenant litigation including bench and jury trials, unlawful detainer actions, and administrative hearings.
- Litigate on behalf of landlords and property owners and, when applicable, defend against claims brought by tenants.
- Engage in pre-trial and post-trial litigation as needed, including motions and appellate work.
- Collaborate with the firm on strategy and contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation.
- Minimum of 10 years practicing as a trial attorney in civil litigation.
- Experience handling complex landlord-tenant matters and appellate work is a plus.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage a heavy caseload.
Pay will depend on experience, with negotiated minimum hours billed and potential for bonuses.
