Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to become a part of our office. We are looking for an organized individual with strong communication skills. This position will handle primarily administrative tasks including interviewing new clients and light form driven drafting. This position is perfect for anyone that enjoys problem solving. There is opportunity to learn and grow within our firm. Benefits will be offered after 30 Day probation period.
Training is offered on-site.
- Review new case information and create new files in our Case Management Software
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Interview clients to obtain necessary case information
- Update clients via telephone and email
- Help with administrative tasks in the office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented, organized.
- Strong language skills
Liddle & Liddle was founded by Layne and George Liddle over 35 years ago and the firm has become well known in the field of Landlord-Tenant law for being successful and reliable. Our office represents everyone from small landlords, to management companies, to indigent tenants. We handle all aspects of the disputes that come between a landlord and tenant. The firm has continued to grow and evolve with the changing legal landscape.
