We are immediately hiring compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of our patients' homes in Glendora. All positions are open to start immediately following the successful onboarding process.

As a vital member of our team, you will be dedicated to providing skilled, personalized care:

• Medication Management:
  Prepare, administer, and accurately record medications per MD orders and protocols.
• Clinical Compliance:
  Perform all duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, agency standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Emergency Response:
  Maintain the ability to initiate emergency protocols promptly in response to patient situations.
• Reporting:
  Report directly to the Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing (DON).
• Travel Requirement:
  Traveling to patient's homes in the Glendora area is required.

• Must-Haves
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience is required.
• Licensure:
  Current California State LVN Licensure.
• Certifications:
  Current CPR Certificate.
• Health:
  Current TB / Physical Clearance and Negative TB Test Result Documentation.
• Transportation:
  Licensed CA Driver (or adequate means of transportation).

• Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care
• G-Tube Feeding
