Turn Relationships Into Growth—and Growth Into ImpactAt Homewatch Care Givers of Glendora, connecting seniors and their families with compassionate in-home support is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for an experienced, well-connected business development professional who understands the healthcare and senior-care landscape and knows how to turn strong professional relationships into meaningful referral partnerships.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable walking into a hospital, senior living community, rehabilitation center, physician practice, home health agency or community organization and knowing how to start the right conversations.
Ideally, you already have relationships within the local healthcare and senior-care community. More importantly, you know how to build new ones, uncover needs, create value and become a trusted resource—not simply another salesperson stopping by.
If you thrive on opening doors, developing relationships and seeing those relationships turn into measurable growth, we’d love to meet you.
