Foreman, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Foreman is a full-time, on-site role located in Glenpool, OK. The Foreman will lead and supervise a team on construction or maintenance projects, ensuring that work is completed effectively, safely, and in line with timelines. The responsibilities include overseeing heavy equipment operations, assigning duties, and maintaining day-to-day productivity. The Foreman will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct inspections, and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
• Experience with Heavy Equipment operations and maintenance
• Carpentry and Maintenance skills applicable to construction environments
• Effective Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder updates
• Proven safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within construction or maintenance industries
