Job Description

Looking for highly motivated team members, must demonstrate hustle. You must be willing to earn up to $18/hr, and ready to have fun working for the best delivery company in the world and in your neighborhood. You must have a reliable vehicle, up-to-date insurance in your name, and a 1‑2 year driving history (18 years old: 2 years, 19 or older: 1 year).

You must be willing to submit a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and a background check. Flexible hours, paid tips daily, and the opportunity to hit the ground running and earn real money. When in store you will learn all aspects of the business: customer service, product preparation, and clean‑up.

• You must have at least 2 years driving if 18, or 1 year if 19 or older.
• Maintain a reliable car.
• Car insurance card must have your name or you must provide the declarations page; bring this to the interview.

• Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
• Toe room is present, but workers cannot flex their knees while standing at this station.
• Duration of this position is approximately 30–45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
• Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
• Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
• Workers reach up, down and forward; occasionally above 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls or change prices on a sign.
• Workers reach down to scoop cornmeal from a plastic barrel, wash dishes, or perform similar tasks.
• Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
• Eye‑hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day.
• Frequently activities require use of one or both hands.
• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
• Team members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain—including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites—while carrying product.

• Carrying:
  During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift may occur.
• Walking:
  Travel between the store and delivery vehicle, and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Climbing:
  Navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required during delivery of product.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.

• Far vision and night vision for driving.
