Sales & Administration Assistant

Connect Appointments is working with a well-established and growing supplier based in the Kinross area, who is looking to recruit a Sales & Administration Assistant to join their friendly and busy team. This role would suit an organised, customer-focused individual looking for a long-term opportunity.

• Competitive salary of 30,000 per year
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday working hours
• Summer rota involving Saturday morning work
• Training provided where required

your responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries from new and existing customers
• Acting as a professional first point of contact for customers
• Raising quotes and invoices using Xero Accounting Software (training available)
• Supporting day-to-day administrative duties

you will have previous experience in sales, administration, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred). Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of a trade, supply, or customer-facing environment would be beneficial but not essential
• Access to own transport due to the location
