Fife Council is recruiting two Clerks of Works (one for Affordable Housing and one for Non-Domestic Properties) on a permanent basis. Working 36 hours per week, salary FC7 £ 34,914.86–£43,437.09 per year, based in Glenrothes with travel to sites across Fife.
You will inspect materials and workmanship against drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain site records, and advise on construction works. Knowledge of CDM Regulations and health and safety is essential, and you must be able to read
