Senior Manufacturing Engineer
What You'll be doing:
- Work on product performance and process.
- Reporting and analysis tasks.
- Tech support for customers.
- Support innovation for engineering tasks.
- Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
- Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required.
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks.
- KPIs/metrics/data as required.
Your
Skills:
- Minimum HND or degree in a related subject (e.g., STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering).
- Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing.
- Process improvement, efficiency, lean manufacturing.
- Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk‑mitigation processes.
- Experience of various Manufacturing platforms.
- Technical presentation skills.
- Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company.
- Communication to all levels of the organisation.
- Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status‑quo as required.
