Therolerequiresamamulti‑skilledengineertodevelopanddriveinnovationwithinnmanufacturingandwidefunctionseframearlycustomerengagement,throughdevelopmenttoset‑upandvolumemanufacture.
The Industrial Engineerstwillprovidetic ,commercialandprojectmanagementsupportforavarietyproductsorprojects.
- Developinnovativesolutionsfornewproducts orprocessesandcontribute to strategicroadmapsfocused on factorycapacityandinvestmentsthroughinfrastructureimprovementandexpansionproposals,andplanningtheintegrationofnewproducts,technologies and equipmentthatcreateaccompetitive advantage.
- Supportthedevelopmentofnewprojects,technologies orbusinessopportunities.
- Analysmanufacturingsystemperformancetoevaluateandoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovementthrough Industrial Engineeringtools ,technicheandmethods.
- Analysanddeterminetequipment,facilitiesandsupportrequirementsfornewproducts,equipment or processes.
- Providedetailedfactoryandlinelayoutsusing
AutoCADandsupporttheplanningcostingandimplementationofnewor changedarea. - Optimiseassemblylinesusingworkflowanalysis,timemotionstudy,ergonomicsandhumanfactorsanalysis.
- Provide detailed technical reports,presentations and information to support projects.
- Provideanalysisofcurrentorfuturerequirementsusingsimulationtools,valuelstreammapping,data analysis,PFMEA,Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigmaprinciples .
- Collaboratewithengineering and designgroups to ensure producibility of productandeffective transitiontomanufacture.
- Labourestimating4electronic,cableor mechanical assemblies.
- Contribute to factory safetyand workcellergonomics.
Essential:
- Degreein an engineering science suchas
Industrialengineering,Electronics,Mechanical,Manufacturing Systems Engineering ,or equivalent relevant experience. - PCliteratemainly Microsoft Office including Word ,Excel,PowerPoint&MS Project.
- Proficientintheuseof
AutoCADand/or simulation modelling tools. - Abilityto workwithmathematicalconceptsandstatisticalanalysis,SPC,modelling,queuing theory,Six Sigma,Lean Manufacturing, etc.
- Abilitytoreprenshey Rtationallalllevelsforinternalandexternalcustomers.
- Strongunderstandingof the key costdriversin the set‑up,development or supportofprojects,productsandthemanufacturingprocess.
- Significant Industrial Engineeringexperienceand extensiveknowledgeof
Industrial Engineeringtools,technique sand methods. - Experienceofd developing new process,areas or expansionincludingplanning, costand implementation.
- Abilitytocreatedetailed informationquicklyand present effectively at customer or variousmanagement levels.
- Knowledge of
SMT,units and boxbuild plus site facilitation,supply chain requirements and material handling. - Pritsaller mentororleadotherengineers or projects with extensive
Industrialengineeringknowledge. - Knowledgeofsimulationtools such as Witness or similar.

37-hour working week,although hoursvarie depending on role,jobrequirement or site‑specific arrangements. The successful hire will need to be a permanent UK resident and successfully complete a baseline (BPSS) security and background check.
