What You'll be doing:

Work on product performance and process

Reporting and analysis tasks

Tech support for customers

Support innovation for engineering tasks

Perform root cause and corrective action as required

Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required

Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasksKPIs/metrics/data as required

Your

Skills:

Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.

Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing

Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes

Experience of various Manufacturing platforms

Technical presentation skills

Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company

Communication to all levels of the organisation

Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
