Base pay range

Salary: Starting salary £36,317, raising to £39,928 per annum

Contractual hours: 37.5

Basis: Full Time, Permanent

Region: Fife

Package: Up to 40 days of annual leave, pro rata, 3 x salary life insurance, up to 10% employer pension contribution, excellent terms and conditions.

- Housing Support service based in Glenrothes is home to young people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live and thrive within the local community.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a fundamental role in our young people’s lives to ensure that they get the best possible experience whilst working towards goals in their care plan. Using a person‑centred approach you will provide enabling support ensuring the highest level of physical and emotional care; supporting our young people in their daily living and to fully participate in the local community.

Your role will support the Service Manager in the day‑to‑day management of the service and work in partnership with the young people’s families, professionals from health, education and social work.

Whilst not without its challenges and demands, this is a highly rewarding role. We are looking for someone who will contribute to the leadership, management and development of services for children, young people and their families in line with agreed objectives and assist with service review and evaluation.
