Kingdom Group, through Kingdom Housing Association, seeks a Neighbourhood Officer in Scotland to deliver a high-quality housing management service for MMR and social housing communities. You will manage a varied caseload, respond to enquiries, and work with colleagues and partners to keep tenancies sustainable.
You will advocate for vulnerable customers, provide welfare guidance, and help with debt management and income recovery. A development-focused, values-led workplace is offered.
