Job Details:

• Work in a 16-bed telemetry/cardiac unit with 4:1 RN to patient ratio

• Care for adult and geriatric patient population

• Must interpret, measure and document cardiac rhythms 2 times per shift

• Work every other weekend schedule

• 8 hours of non-billable orientation required

• Personal scrubs of any color allowed - no designs, cartoons, or hoodies

• Must have EPIC experience (required)

• 3 years of nursing experience required

• Strong proficiency and experience working on cardiac/telemetry and med-telemetry units required

• Previous travel experience highly preferred

• Neuro/stroke experience highly preferred

• Must have reliable attendance with no call-out concerns

• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

• New York nursing license required

• Must have own vehicle for transportation

• Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be accepted

• 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance

• Completion of verbal de-escalation training from Welle or CPI required for onboarding

6) provides specialized care for patients requiring close and continuous cardiac monitoring due to cardiovascular disease or other cardiac conditions. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and requires RNs to be critically involved in planning and treatment of cardiac patients. Adex Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
