• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:30pm – 6:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36 (option for 48 hours available)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1830 - $1970

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
• Associate's degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program
• Current NBRC RRT credential
• Active New York State Respiratory Therapist License
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (all required)
• EPIC EMR experience (must be noted in your submission)
• Labor & Delivery and Neonatal Resuscitation experience
• Critical care proficiency
• Ability to complete a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Completion of Verbal De-escalation bundle training (Welle or CPI)

• Perform cardio-pulmonary evaluation, respiratory care, and life support for patients of all ages
• Educate patients, families, and the public on respiratory health and wellness
• Deliver respiratory therapy in all hospital areas, including critical care and neonatal units
• Follow established protocols or physician prescriptions for respiratory treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EPIC EMR for patient records
