Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach staff, and schedule employee shifts, while ensuring strict adherence to overtime policies and employee engagement, performance management, and recognition activities.
- Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability.
- Manage operating P&L metrics, understanding how expenditures and costs impact business margins and pricing.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including active listening.
- Experience with team building.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a big‑box environment or auto industry, car wash, or lube store are encouraged to apply.
Physical Demands: In performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands, reaches with hands and arms, climbs or balances, stops, crouches, and kneels. The employee must be able to work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions, and may have to lift or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
p>Working Environment: The incumbent must perform this job safely, following standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This role works in a typical outdoor car wash environment; noise levels are usually moderate but can be excessively loud. Hearing protection and additional personal protective equipment (PPE) such as eye, foot, and hand protection are required. The employee must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
Supervision Received: The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
