• Recruit, onboard, train and coach staff; schedule employee shifts while adhering to overtime policies.
• Drive sales volume growth and increase site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures affect business margins and pricing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries, incidents, and issues promptly.
• Enforce all approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Experience from a Big‑box, auto industry, car wash or lube store is encouraged.

For this position, an unexpired Driver’s License is required. A motor vehicle record check (MVR) will be run on the successful candidate post‑offer.

The employee must frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stop, crouch, and kneel. The job may involve lifting or moving objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work is performed outdoors in damp, humid and variable weather conditions.

The incumbent must safely perform the job in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering self or others. The noise level is typically moderate but can become loud; hearing protection and other PPE are required.

The team member must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
