Part time

• Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
• Stand at pay stations and assist each customer in the wash.
• Field customer inquiries.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Maintain the car wash by cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and pressure washing the wash bay.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Report to work on time and follow dress and appearance code.

• 70% Customer Interaction
• 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Teamwork capability.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn a point‑of‑sale system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Customer service and some sales experience preferred.

• Stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Use of hands; reach with hands and arms.
• Climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel.
• Work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to noise.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. Noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud; hearing protection required.

Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, wearing Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, hand protection as required.
