Lead PCT/CNA/MA Acute Care (Day Shift)

Valley View is looking for a driven Lead Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Acute Care Department on a day shift. As a key member of the care team, you will provide high‑quality patient support, coordinate clinic operations, and serve as a liaison between nursing and other hospital departments.

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties, assisting department leadership in coordinating unit activities.
• Act as a communication link between the nursing department and other hospital units.
• Assist with discharge or transition planning for patients.
• Maintain an efficient and safe physical environment within the department.
• Provide assistance to patients, visitors, staff, and physicians as needed.

• Completion of a Nursing Assistant or equivalent patient care training program, or equivalent experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar clinical role.

$21.23 to $31.22 per hour, based on education, skill set, and experience.
