PT - Physical Therapist

Working 4-10 hour days/week; weekdays will vary.

An opportunity is available for an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist at our clinic in Basalt, Colorado. Due to an increase in patient volume, we are expanding our Rehab staff to accommodate shorter wait times for patients. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to enhance patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.

Additionally, you will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and functional abilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu Vaccine with no exemptions required.
