Full-Time Patient Service Specialist needed for our Roaring Fork Surgical Office! This is a small, dynamic office looking for an individual to round out our team. There is some flexibility with the schedule.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

• Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
• Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.

Displays screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills.

Experience:

• Two years in a reception or clerical field.
