Schedule: Monday - Friday; no weekends or holidays.

Job Summary: This scheduler registers patients for appointments, answers the phone, schedules and escorts patients for imaging exams, and serves as the first contact for patients. Excellent customer service and a courteous, helpful demeanor are essential.

Provide professional and friendly reception duties; organize patient flow; keep imaging providers and patients on schedule; maintain patient files and accounts accurately; handle phone calls for the department, technicians, and providers appropriately. A patient care background and medical scheduling experience is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical skills: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Receptionist/clerical experience required.
• Patient care background and/or medical scheduling experience preferred.
