Pharmacy Technician
Full-time Pharmacy Technician-Inpatient working evening shift with every 3rd weekend. AMAZING SCHEDULE!
As the Pharmacy Tech you procure and distribute medication orders per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures and protocols.
SCHEDULE- Full-time - 32+ hours/week or Part-time 24+ hours/week - let us know what works best for YOU!
- Evening Shift with every 3rd weekend. No overnights or call, currently.
- Evening Differential paid on top of base rate!
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Tech Certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (DORA) is preferred.
- Will consider candidates with provisional certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (DORA).
Experience:
- 2-3 years pharmacy technician, inpatient or outpatient experience preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively with hospital and pharmacy staff.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency requests.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
- Ability to set priorities and solve problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing).
- Evening, Night and Weekend Differentials Available.
