** Glenwood Springs, Colorado $20-$21/Hour. Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate. Must have open availability to work varied and flexible hours. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Night audit shifts are from 11pm-7am.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. This individual will answer phones, check guests in and out, provide information about the resort and accommodations, problem solve guest issues, and perform general office tasks.
The Night Auditor will balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. He/She will transmit credit card batches. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents. You will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required;
you may assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message. You may also assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent plus some customer service experience and some college is preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
