Registered Nurse; RN CCU PRN

Overview

We re looking for PRN CCU RNs to join our Critical Care team at Valley View. The CCU is a 13 bed-unit providing multiple levels of care to patients of all ages (neonate to geriatric). Patient conditions can range from intensive care to observational care. Valley View is an Independent Hospital located on the Western Slope of Colorado, between Denver and Grand Junction on the I-70 Corridor, minutes from Vail and Aspen.

• Provide care to CCU patients across a range of ages and acuity levels as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support daily operations of a 13-bed CCU and assist with patient assessments, interventions, and monitoring as appropriate for CCU and observational levels of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a PRN capacity.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association with cards in-hand before start date
• Minimum of 1 year RN CCU nursing experience
• Strong CVICU skills required, including day 0 CVICU care
• 3 years RN CVICU experience is required
• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

• $36.76 - $54.06/hour (ADN) + 14% PRN Differential
• $37.50 - $56.23/hour (BSN) + 14% PRN Differential
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, RN-BSN, and RN-MSN
