We're looking for a Full-Time Case Manager RN to join our Case Management team!
Previous Case Management experience strongly preferred!
Great schedule: 3-4 shifts weekly, 9hr-12hr shifts available!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- BSN RN preferred.
- CO RN License or ability to obtain.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 1 year of nursing (RN) experience
Experience:
- Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet) and familiarity with Meditech

SALARY RANGE:
- $39.96-$59.95/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
