Valley View Hospital is seeking a Nurse Leader to step into an outpatient setting, combining clinical and management skills to enhance the delivery of quality care within the practice. This is a full‑time position.

In addition, a $8,000 sign‑on bonus is offered for a two‑year, full‑time commitment (internal candidates not eligible).

• Supervise the day‑to‑day clinical operations of a physician practice.
• Oversee clinical staff members, their training, monitoring, and maintaining staff competencies.
• Monitor clinical integration, support physician schedules, and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to help the team.
• Occasional travel to outreach clinics may be required.

• Current Colorado RN license (DORA) or eligibility to obtain.
• 2 years post‑graduate experience as an RN.
• Preferred: 2 years supervisory experience in a direct‑line supervisory position.
• Substantial exposure to ambulatory care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• $37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN)
• Starting wage depends on experience, education, and skill set.
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay differential for RN‑ADN, BSN, MSN.
• Control sign‑on bonus as above.
