Case Manager; RN

Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Case Manager RN to join our Case Management team at Valley View.

Previous Case Management experience strongly preferred. Great schedule: 3-4 shifts weekly, 9hr-12hr shifts available.

• Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall management of their plan of care across the continuum.

• Education:
  
  BSN RN preferred
  . CO RN License or ability to obtain. Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 1 year of nursing (RN) experience.
• Experience:
  
  Case management experience preferred. Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet) and familiarity with Meditech.

• $39.96-$59.95/hour. Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
