American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift position requiring CO or compact RN license and charge nurse experience.
Details- Work in the Family Birth Place unit providing Labor and Delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
- Unit averages 60 deliveries a month, with plans to increase to 80+ deliveries per month
- Cares for newborns 32 weeks gestation and up
- 12-hour night shift schedule with rotating weekends
- Call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, subject to change
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- RN Charge experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE (AHA certifications required)
- Current flu vaccination required October 1st through April 1st with no exemptions accepted
- Join a collaborative team delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to patients and families
- Must be a team player who combines compassionate care with clinical expertise
- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility, and local candidates are not accepted
- Candidates with limited requested time off preferred given increasing delivery volume
