Sales Merchandiser-Full Time
- Glenwood Springs, CO at Dietz & Watson. The Merchandiser’s main job function is to assist with sales and create brand awareness. A sales merchandiser should have knowledge of our products as they relate to the deli.

• Safely operate a deli slicer
• Set up of deli cases and appropriately rotate deli product
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms
• Maintain marketing displays using Dietz & Watson POS
• Be a self-starter, work in a team environment and/or with little or no supervision
• Manage time effectively and productively
• Complete all required reports including store surveys
• Provide coverage to all stores within assigned territory based on store ranking
• Make regular store visits documenting concerns and addressing them in a timely manner
• Build and maintain customer relationships with deli managers, employees, and customers
• Know and market Dietz & Watson programs
• Train new store deli hires and refresh training as needed
• Communicate any information to Merchandiser Manager
• Utilize monthly sales reports to achieve 100% distribution
• Explore opportunities for sales growth with Merchandiser Manager
• Maintain full displays and a clean, sanitary work environment
• Perform special projects outside of assigned territory

• Flexibility to travel (including flying) up to 30% of the time
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must have computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, and customer service skills
• Ability to exercise independent decision-making
• Available to work weekends on occasion
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience; deli experience a plus
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver s license
• Valid Real  Passport for travel
• Must pass the company-issued Serv Safe Manager exam

• Full-Time Hourly Position - $20.00 - $22.00 based on experience
• Weekly payroll via Direct Deposit
• Overtime eligible (5+ hours per week)
• Monthly Car Allowance/Expense Reimbursement on select travel
