Job Overview
We are an established HVAC service contractor seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for a long‑term position. The role involves traveling to client sites in a company vehicle to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components in the Commercial Building, Facilities, and Industrial markets.
Base Pay Range$80,000 – $110,000 per year
Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Work on Rooftop Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water / Steam Boiler, Packaged Air Conditioners, Computer Room AC Equipment, Control Systems / Building Automation Systems, Air Handling / Fan Coil Units, Condensers / Chilled Water Pumps, Refrigerated Air Dryers, Air Compressors, Exhaust Fans, Ice Machines, Variable Frequency Drives, Humidifiers
- Operate company vehicle to reach client sites
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and co‑workers to develop rapport and productive working relationships
- Experience with some of the equipment and tasks listed above
