The Temporary Administrative Clerk assists in fulfilling customer service and clerical functions in the Human Resources & Risk Management Department.

• Receive and screen visitors/callers, take messages, and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
• File and scan documents, establish, maintain, and purge files.
• Maintain records and forms; research and compile information from such files as required; purge files as required; prepare, process, file, and maintain department records and documentation.
• Act as receptionist in receiving and screening visitors/callers; taking messages and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Perform general office duties including typing correspondence, reports, and forms; faxing, filing, and scanning documents; ordering supplies; distributing mail.
• Operate a variety of office machines and equipment including personal computers, scanners, printers, copiers, and  machine as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
