WhatYou’ll Do
- Deliver Compassionate Therapy:
Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for children, adults, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. - Provide Holistic Care:
Offer therapy with a goal of 30 hours per week, along with case management services to ensure comprehensive support for each client. - Work Autonomously & Collaboratively:
Take the lead on developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment and prevention programs, while also working closely with a multidisciplinary team. - Ensure Quality Documentation:
Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical documentation for all services, ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations. - Uphold Best Practices:
Utilize the most effective and evidence-based therapeutic methods to provide the highest quality care to each individual you serve. - Continuous Learning & Growth:
Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, welcoming feedback and sharing insights to enhance service delivery. - Foster Positive Relationships:
Build strong connections with clients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless and holistic care across services. - Contribute to Agency Success:
Support ongoing initiatives, participate in committees and training, and engage in fundraising efforts as requested.

- Master’s degree in counseling, Marriage and Family, Psychology, Social Work, or directly related field.
- Arizona Associate Licensure (AzBBHE) as LMSW, LAC, LAAC, LAMFT or a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor is required.
- Experience or knowledge of best practices therapeutic approaches.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Possess valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, home telephone, and reliable transportation.
- Family therapy knowledge/experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Understanding of and ability to use DSM-IV.
- Willingness to work evenings.
- Demonstrates knowledge of special populations such as substance abuse.
- Demonstrates ability to develop treatment plan and summary based on participants needs.
- Demonstrates ability to distinguish between alcohol and other drug-related symptoms and other pre-existing physical problems or pathologic behaviors.
