TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long term care providers. We are growing and looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the team.

Department: Quality Care Rehab

Location: Haven Health Globe

Compensation: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

• Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, execute therapeutic plans designed to help patients, including teaching adaptive equipment use, guiding exercises, and engaging patients in recovery activities.
• Contribute to planning and selection of therapeutic activities tailored to individual patients, understanding goals set by the occupational therapist, and applying creative practical approaches.
• Monitor and document patient progress, observe performance changes, report observations to the occupational therapist, and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about therapy processes, adaptive equipment use, and home modifications to ensure continued progress at home.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
