Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 / hour

TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care providers. We are growing and looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the team. • Evaluation and Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional status, strengths, and limitations across physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional domains; identify areas of difficulty and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  Develop and execute evidence‑based treatment plans that align with assessment findings, patient goals, and preferences; use therapeutic interventions to enhance independence, productivity, and quality of life.
• Patient Education and Training:
  Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic processes, adaptive strategies, and techniques; provide hands‑on training in activities of daily living, mobility, energy conservation, and assistive‑device use.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Teamwork:
  Work closely with occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists, nurses, and physicians to coordinate holistic care plans and ensure seamless transitions.
• Progress Monitoring and Outcome Measurement:
  Continuously monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and adjust treatment plans; use standardized assessment tools and patient feedback to track functional improvements.

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current valid license or certification in the state of practice
