Immediate need for a talented HIM Director
. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Globe, AZ (Onsite).

Pay Range: $95000 - $130000/annum. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily HIM operations
• Manage medical records, coding, and documentation processes
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of patient information
• Lead, train, and support HIM staff
• Oversee audits, record completion, and release of information
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Improve HIM workflows and departmental processes

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• 5+ years of HIM experience
• Previous HIM leadership/management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical records, coding, compliance, and HIM operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital environment
  
  State license not required
• Facility Details:
• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Average Acute Daily Census: 20
• Observation ADC: 8
• Total ADC: 28
• No holiday coverage required
