PT - Physical Therapist

Days shift; 10-hour days, expected to see 13-15 patients per day. Time will be split between two clinics located within a one-hour drive of each other, with an 80/20 inpatient/outpatient split.

As part of this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, managing both inpatient and outpatient cases, and collaborating effectively with clinical staff across the two designated clinics.

• Provide care for 13-15 patients daily.
• Manage a mixture of inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Collaborate with clinical staff across clinics.

• Flu vaccine is required; no exceptions.
• Must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule; candidates with a permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital will not be considered.
• Restricted time off:
  No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract.
• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply.
