Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse

Location:

The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to join a six-bed Medical Operating Surgical Unit (MOSU). The position involves comprehensive nursing care for complex post-surgical and critical care patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, unstable arrhythmias, and other critical conditions. The role requires a professional capable of managing advanced treatment modalities and working in a fast-paced critical care environment.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Critical care nursing experience, including initiation, titration, and management of vasopressors, thrombolytics, antihypertensives, anti diabetics, and sedation; ventilator management; hemodynamic monitoring; telemetry interpretation; sepsis management; central and arterial line management; blood administration; 1 year of relevant experience.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Flu vaccine required. The candidate must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule concerning permanent residence. No more than 3 days of return to work (RTO) requests are permitted per 13-week contract. Up to 3 shifts may be canceled by the facility during the assignment with guaranteed hours not applying.

  Nights, 12 hours per shift, at least 36 hours weekly.
