Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (LDRP)

Globe, AZ | Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts with On-Call Requirement

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Assist with deliveries and support clinical team in a lower-volume birthing unit (approximately one birth per day)
• Fulfill on-call obligations as required per unit scheduling needs
• Educate and support patients and families during the perinatal experience

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Experience in Labor and Delivery or LDRP nursing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in an on-call rotation

• Experience working in a low-volume or critical access hospital setting
• Ability to function independently and adapt in a smaller clinical environment
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in perinatal care
