Monday to Friday - 33 Hours per Week (+1 Hour Unpaid Lunch)

Engineering Manager required for an industry leading manufacturer offering a 33-hour contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within a friendly company who are investing into their equipment on site. This role would suit either an experienced Engineering Manager or a Lead Engineer / Senior Engineer / Engineering Supervisor looking to step up.

This role would suit a mechanically or electrically qualified engineer from a manufacturing background. You will need experience in a leadership role and hold a H&S certificate.

This is a hands-on position where the successful candidate will oversee a small but growing engineering team responsible for carrying out PPMs, repairs and project work across the company s Glossop site.

The Engineering Manager Role:

Oversee a small engineering team

Liaise and oversee contractors onsite

Organise inspections

Carry out risk assessments

Lead projects such as the installation of new equipment

33 Hours per week

The Engineering Manager Candidate:

Qualified engineer mechanically or electrically biased

Any manufacturing industry background

Hold a H&S certificate i.e. IOSH

Experience in a leadership role
