Support Worker

You’ll be working 1-to-1 with a gentleman with learning disabilities who enjoys swimming, visiting the park, browsing charity shops, and going for drives in his car. While previous care experience and confidence working independently are helpful, they’re not essential. If you're kind, patient, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to welcome you.

• Early shifts: 8 am–3 pm
• Late shifts: 3 pm–10 pm
• Nights: sleep‑in shifts
• Full flexibility to work the above 3 shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday is essential.
