Adults Safeguarding Social Worker Derbyshire - IPSC LTD

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for Adults Safeguarding Social Worker to work for our client based in Glossop, Derbyshire
.

Responsibilities include conducting home visits with clients on a regular basis. Interviews will be held with candidates from the surrounding High Peak area (e.g., Manchester, Cheshire, High Peak, North Derbyshire and North Sheffield).

• Experience of working with MOSAIC.
• Experience of working in an assessment team.
• Robust social care assessment skills.
• Mental Health experience.
• Worked under the Care Act 2014.
• Must be a hard worker and can work autonomously.
• Ability to visit clients within the Glossop High Peak area
• Social Worker qualification registered with Social Work England
