They're looking for an experienced Finance Manager from the manufacturing sector.

• Provide strategic financial guidance to ensure all business objectives are met.
• Mentor and lead direct reports, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards.
• Shape the overall financial strategy and contribute to achieving the overall business goals.
• Develop and monitor the budget, ensuring the business meets its financial targets and accurately predict future trends.
• Implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 5 years post‑qualification experience and previous experience working within the manufacturing/FMCG industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective leadership and team motivation.
• Excellent leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and driving teams to achieve their best.
• Analytical mindset along with strong negotiation skills and a keen sense of commercial and business awareness.

• Salary up to £75,000 plus benefits.
