Kinetic PLC is recruiting a Packing Operative with FLT Licence to work at a manufacturing company. The role involves forklift operation, packing of high‑value components, labeling, dispatch preparation, and maintaining traceability and a clean environment.

• Operate forklift to load and unload items.
• Packing high‑value components from work orders.
• Label components and place them in appropriate boxes.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring traceability at every step.
• Complete shipping documents.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Use computer systems to book items and manage inventory.

• Valid FLT licence – Counter Balance as a must.
• Experience working in an engineering environment.
• Methodical and accurate work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Comfortable lifting components of varying weight.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to commute to Glossop.

• Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (salary to be confirmed).
• Working hours:
  
  Monday‑Thursday 07:00 – 16:00, Friday 07:00 – 13:00.
• Half‑day off on Fridays.
