Accommodation Manager

Make a Difference Every Day – Join Our Team

At Crossroads Derbyshire, we put survivors of domestic abuse at the heart of everything we do. We support adults, children, and young people across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales — offering safety, support, and hope for a brighter future.

We’re a fast-growing, passionate service, dedicated to breaking the cycle of abuse through direct support, awareness-raising, and lasting change. And right now, we’re looking for committed and compassionate Accommodation Manager to join our team.

Accommodation Manager
Hours: up to 37 hours per week (part-time hours available)
Salary: NJC Scale SO2 – £38,510
Base: Glossop (working with clients in our accommodation settings across High Peak and Derbyshire Dales)
Closing date: Final date to receive applications – 7th September  am
Interviews: Week commencing 14th September 2026 ( exact dates will be confirmed)

What the role involves:

  • Managing a service that delivers support to young women aged 16-24 who are victims and survivors of domestic abuse, and their children, in a refuge setting.
  • Managing safe and empowering service delivery, and housing management, in move-on and dispersed properties in the community.
  • Managing programmes of support for young women and community-based survivors in safe accommodation who are fleeing domestic abuse, honour-based abuse, and often experiencing multiple disadvantage and need. This should be in a safeguarding or support setting.
  • Helping survivors to rebuild confidence, independence, and safety.
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Management skills, proven team, multi-agency and individual working practice.
  • Empathy, resilience, and the ability to build trust with survivors.
  • A flexible approach — no two days are the same.
  • A full driving licence and access to a car (mileage reimbursed)

Why join us?

  • Work in a values-driven, supportive, and passionate team.
  • Be part of a growing organisation making a real difference.
  • Access professional development and progression opportunities.
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of helping survivors move forward with strength and hope.

Please note:
This posts is open to women only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part

Crossroads Derbyshire is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we particularly welcome applications from women from minority groups.
