. We are hiring seasonal Client Service Professionals who will greet clients, answer phones, match clients with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met, maintain office cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
Desired Experience & Skills
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Core Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all client needs have been met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay may vary based on experience, education, performance, and geographic location.
