We are seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Sales Representative with established relationships in the commercial construction market.

If you have a proven track record selling commercial doors, frames, hardware, access control, or Division 8 products, we want to talk to you.

• Develop and grow sales within an existing customer base.
• Build relationships with general contractors, facility managers, architects, and end users.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages.
• Review plans, specifications, and door schedules.
• Manage opportunities from lead generation through project award.
• Collaborate with estimating, project management, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

• 5+ years of commercial door, frame, hardware, or access control sales experience.
• Existing industry relationships and a proven record of generating sales.
• Knowledge of Division 8 products and commercial construction processes.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
